This threat scanner, infection remover, and Internet protection system was initially developed in 2001, and alerts users to the presence of not only viruses, but also spyware, malware (i.e., malicious software designed specifically to damage or disrupt a system, such as a worm), and keyloggers (i.e., surveillance software that records every keystroke to an encrypted file, which can then e-mail such file to a remote recipient). We provide cures for infected machines as well as ongoing support and protection to safeguard our customers against future threats. With our innovative Custom Cure™ technology, StopSign can even handle new and/or particularly resistant virus and spyware infections. Custom Cure™ are included with each membership, so our members never pay extra.
